How to delete your data
Last updated: 22 October 2026
This page explains how to disconnect your TikTok or Instagram account from Nine Scrolls (Echo) and how to have your data deleted.
1. Delete my data now
2. Or disconnect in Echo
- Sign in to your Nine Scrolls client page.
- Open Social accounts.
- Press Disconnect next to TikTok or Instagram.
We delete that account's access tokens at once and stop all posting to it. For TikTok we also cancel the access on TikTok's side.
3. Remove Nine Scrolls in the app
- TikTok: Profile → Menu → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → Nine Scrolls Echo → Remove access.
- Instagram: Profile → Menu → Settings and activity → Website permissions → Apps and websites → Active → Nine Scrolls Echo → Remove.
After you remove access, we can no longer read or post to that account. When you remove Nine Scrolls in Instagram, Instagram tells us automatically and we erase that account's tokens and details.
4. Ask us by email
No access to your email, or want ReplyMate data deleted too? Email ninescrollstech@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request", your business name and the TikTok or Instagram username. You can also send the same on WhatsApp to Nine Scrolls.
We check that the request comes from the account owner (we never ask for passwords or codes), then within 30 days we delete:
- access tokens and the account details we got from TikTok or Instagram (user ID, name, profile picture);
- the list of your posts and their counts (views, likes, comments, shares);
- videos, captions and drafts we hold for you;
- ReplyMate messages and customer records, if you ask for those too.
We send you a confirmation with a reference number when it is done. Invoices and payment records are kept for 5 years because Singapore law requires it. Posts already published on TikTok or Instagram stay there until you delete them in the app.
